Romantic gay week in North-Easth Italy: Venice, Lake Garda and Verona

A romantic gay stay in Venice in the Dorsoduro sestiere (quarter), a quiet and peaceful area of the city. This place faces the Canal of Health just next to a majestic church, where glitters of an enchanted place reﬂect. You are going to follow on the footsteps of the great Thomas Mann and of his novel “Death in Venice”.

Then it’s time for wellness and health in a ﬁne, design and innovative structure: Aqualux in Bardolino, on Garda Lake. Itinerary

Tour on the footsteps of the German writer Thomas Mann and His novel “Death in Venice”, set in a sultry and cholera Venice, where the writer Gustav von Aschenbach, at the top of his career, meets Tadzio, a boy of great beauty.

The strictness and respectability of the old writer will give up to passion. Then, visit Des Bains hotel, the one in which Thomas Mann met his young Polish love.

You may decide to stay in Venice or in Murano, the historical place famous for the glass craftsmanship. Here, you can assist to glass blowing, created in front of you, a beautiful pattern of the famous Murano’s Glasses

Time to experience the tour ‘On the roads of Prosecco’, a visit to two of the most famous wine cellars of the area to taste some good wine and typical products.

Free day on your own, to relish the magic of Venice. In the evening, time for boarding on an ancient Venetian Galleon called Jolly Roger for a ﬁne and warm delicious dinner to discover the beautiful landscapes of the Venetian lagoon.

Transfer by train from Venice to the Aqualux Spa&Suite Bardolino, welcome drink and check in.

In the afternoon excursion to the center of Bardolino on the lake side to discover wine and food of the area: the red Bardolino, Custoza, Lugana and Valdadige are all excellent local wines that can be enjoyed in company.
