A two-hour walking tour through the most intriguing locations featured in the dark comedy The White Lotus, followed by a two-hour boat tour departing from Giardini Naxos.

Taormina reveals all its vibrant allure in The White Lotus, from the iconic San Domenico Palace Hotel, the series’ main setting, to the imposing ancient Greek Theater, the panoramic piazzetta, pastel-colored houses, elegant alleyways lined with cafés and boutiques, and restaurants such as Baronessa, where one of the show’s most memorable and tense dinner scenes was filmed.

The tour begins at Porta Catania. From the outside, you will always have a view of the San Domenico Palace Hotel, dramatically perched 400 meters above sea level on Taormina’s rocky plateau.

You will then discover the majestic Greek Theater and the iconic piazzetta, often portrayed in the series as a cozy meeting point for the characters, as well as the Promenade, another recurring filming location.

At Porta Messina, you will take the funicular down to Mazzarò, a small bay where you will board your boat for a two-hour coastal cruise. Along the way, you will admire Isola Bella, a small islet connected to the shore by a narrow strip of sand and surrounded by emerald-green waters. The island is part of a protected natural and archaeological park and features a historic villa set within a botanical garden.

During the boat tour, you will enjoy a light lunch on board with Sicilian specialties and Prosecco.

If you wish, you may also stop for a swim before returning by funicular. Alternatively, you can choose to stay in Mazzarò and enjoy lunch at one of the traditional seaside Sicilian restaurants.
